A Sweet Treat

Yummy!

As I sit here in the sweltering heat and humidity, I munch on delicious, sweet raspberries picked this morning and placed in the refrigerator to cool.  Although I enjoy them fresh off the vine, on a hot day like today, they are very refreshing to eat chilled.  Raspberries have a great color and I have always admired that deep red.  Although I am not that fond of the heat, I really appreciate the fresh things that come from the garden this time of year!
